I figure we could play with what kind of tree this Cala-something Maku Tree would be. The Holodrum Maku Tree appears to be quite bogstandard, possibly a corniferous tree, the Labrynna Maku Tree is a mangrove surrounded by smaller mangroves in a pond. Oracle of Ages really does a LOT with its characters. Replaying gave me some fresh ideas, but also scrapped a lot of fledgling ideas for me. In secret, however, Agahnim worked on another Divine Beast to be piloted by the most loyal and deserving Sheikah, himself, tapping into the power well that the Calamity emitted as an even more potent power source. We learn that the Sheikah that created the Divine Beasts AND the Royal Family on behalf of the entire Hylian race swore an oath to never pilot the Beasts themselves and give it to the other races of Hyrule equally, as being able to produce AND pilot these machines would surely cause civil unrest for the other tribes.
